Ingredients

    4 C Fiber One Bran Cereal, ground in food processor
    4 C Whole Wheat Flour
    1/3 C Equate Benefiber
    1 C Cocoa Powder
    4 T Baking Powder
    3 T Egg Replacer Powder
    50 oz Unsweetened Apple Sauce
    12 oz Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
    3/4 C Water
    1/4 C Vanilla
    This is not overly sweet. You can add a small amount of sugar or sugar replacer if you prefer.

Tips

Freeze, then heat in microwave of eat partially thawed. They are NOT good at fridge or room temp.


Directions

Mix Dry ingredients. Stir In wet ingredients and chips at same time to prevent over stirring. Spray muffin pans with cooking spray. Bake 30 min at 350F.
