V8 Chili V8 Chili

Ingredients

    1 Small onion chopped
    1 can (15 oz) Kidney Beans
    1 can (15 oz) Black Beans
    2 cups of V8 veggie juice. More to taste or look
    .5 lbs of lean ground beef
    2 tablespoons of Chili Powder
    .5 teaspoon of cumin
    squirt of katchup (optional)


Directions

Add onions, beef, and seasonings in pot and cook until browned. Add rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and let simmer 15 minutes or until done.
