Ingredients

4 cups broccoli tops
1.5 cup cauliflower tops
4 tbsp unsalted butter
1 small onion, diced
1/4 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 cup half and half
6 slices of muenster cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Tips
Can make WAY healthier if you sub all low fat milk and use oil instead of butter.
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Blanch vegetables individually
3. Melt 1 tbsp of butter. Add onion and Garlic. Sweat for about 5 minutes
4. Add the rest (3 tbsp) of butter and melt. Add flour and cook until there's no longer a flour smell (about one minute)
5. Add milk and stir until thick enough to cover the back of a spoon.
6. Turn off heat and add cheese. Salt and Pepper to taste.
7. Mix veggies and sauce together, put in baking pan. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
8. Bake for roughly 30 minutes, or until nice and bubbly and the cheese is brown.
