Ingredients

Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 125 grams
Indian Rajma, 1.5 cup
Green Tomatoes, 150 grams
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia)
PAM Olive oil spray Net 141 g, 15 gram(s)
Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp
Lemons, 0.5 fruit without seeds
Salt, 1 tbsp
Real Thai rice paper (4) Net 100 g, 275 gram(s)
Onions, raw, 150 grams
Tips
Serve with a spicy chutney.
Salt inadequate.
Directions
1) Boil chickpeas, rajma, red tomato.
2) Cut green tomatoes and onions and keep aside.
3) Add the above to a wide bowl, add oil spray, ginger, salt, squeezed lemon and mix.
4) Place 1/2 cup of above on wet rice paper, fold and bake on a Tawa on all sides.
Serving Size: Makes eleven wraps, each with 1/2 cup filling.
