Introduction

These turkey burgers are super fast to make have a fun kick to it. I usually top it with mango chutney. These turkey burgers are super fast to make have a fun kick to it. I usually top it with mango chutney.

Ingredients

    1/4 pound of ground turkey meat
    1 tsp of Allspice
    1 tsp of cinnamon
    1 tsp of McCormick Steak Seasoning
    1 tsp minced fresh ginger
    ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
    1 tsp lime juice
    2 tsp soy sauce
    2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 small clove of garlic
    1.5 Tbsp of chopped red onion
    1 Tbsp chopped cilantro

Tips

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and form two patties. Cook on medium heat on stove top covered until juices run clear - about 8 minutes. Top with fruit salsa or chutney.

Serving Size: Makes 2 burger patties
