Ingredients

    one head cauliflower cooked
    2 C shredded zucchini (cooked)
    2 C cheddar cheese
    3 eggs
    seasoning to taste

Tips

if using for pizza place sauce and toppings on after first bake, and bake until cheese is melted.


Directions

boil cauliflower and zucchini until tender
drain well
use mixer or food processer to mash
continue to cool and drain in collander
combine with eggs, flour cheese, seasonings

distribute in desired pan (thinner is better), bake 425 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes
