Ingredients

4 cups dry oats
1 cup sweetened coconut
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup
1/2 cup peach jelly (or apple jelly)
1/3 cup warm water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Tips
I also like this as "soaked oatmeal". Add 1/2 cup granola to jar with lid and pour 1 cup almond milk over top. Add lid and keep in fridge overnight. In the morning eat and it's DELICIOUS!
Directions
toss oats, coconut, almonds and cinnamon together in large bowl. in separate cup, mix all liquid together and stir well to combine. pour over the oat mixture and toss until well coated. pour onto sheet pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes, stirring and tossing mixture every 10 minutes. Remove from oven, allow to cool completely and enjoy.
