Ingredients

1/2 tsp honey
1 cup warm water (105 - 115 f)
1 pkg active dry yeast
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp EVOO
Directions
In a small bowl, mix the honey, warm water and yeast until the yeast begins to bubble.
In a medium bowl, mix the whole wheat floiur, 1 3/4 all purpose flour, salt and olive oil.
Pour the yeast mixture into the floiur mixture and con't to mix until a smooth dough is formed. (you can add small amounts of flour if the dough is sticky).
Spray a large bowl with EVOO. Place dough in bowl and cover with plastic wrap and a tea towel.
Let dough rise until it has doubled in bulk, about an hour.
With clean hands, punch down the dough. Spronkle clean work surface with flour and pour the dough onto the work surface. Lightly knead for 1 min.
On a pizza pan shape dough into desired shape and top with your choice of toppings.
Serving Size: makes approx 2 12" pizzas cut into 8 slices each
