Ingredients

    Graham CrackerCrust, 8 serving(remove)
    Neufchatel Cheese, 16 oz(remove)
    Granulated Sugar, .5 cup(remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 large(remove)

Directions

Beat cream cheese, lemon or orange zest and sugar at room temp till creamy. Add egg one at a time and beat till light and fluffy. Add vanilla and nutmeg and stir. Pour into a graham cracker pie crust. Bake in a waterbath for 40 minutes till set.
