Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cup flour, all purpose, white
    1 cup milk
    6 Tbsp salted butter
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 tsp baking powder

Tips

Mix dry ingredients only until just moistened. Don't overmix or you will have tough biscuits. Number of biscuits is really determined by size of cutter.


Directions

Use biscuit cutter or glass to cut out. Bake in preheated oven at 425 F 20 - 25 min or until golden brown. Serve with butter and jelly, or sausage gravy.
