Ingredients

    1 Head savoy cabbage (approx. 6 cups chopped)
    2 Large carrots, sliced
    1 Medium onion diced
    2.5 cups fresh or frozen cut green beans
    4 Large potatoes, diced
    4 tsp. Ham Bullion
    12 c. Water
    1 wedge of lemon juiced (juice and zest)
    2.5 c. diced cottage ham (extra lean)
    1c Diced celery (with leaves)

Tips

Great for freezing and taking for lunches. :)


Directions

Put it all in the pot and boil for 5 minutes, then simmer for the remaining 40 minutes or until all vegetables are tender. Add salt and Pepper to taste.

Serving Size: 12 1.5 cup bowls of soup.
