Stir-fry Stir-fry
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb. of sirloin steak
    4 green onions
    1 (10 oz.) can beef broth
    1 tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tbsp. canola oil
    1 garlic clove
    2 c. chopped broccoli
    1 (7 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 c. sliced mushrooms (4 oz.)
    1 (10 oz.) package frozen snow peas

Directions

Cut steak into thin slices. cut onions in 1 inch picees. Put broth, cornstarch and soy sauce in a small bowl and mix until everything dissolves and then set aside for later. Heat the oil over med-hi heat. Add steak and garlic for 3 minutes. Remove from heat. keep warm. Add broccoli, water chestnuts, green onion and mushrooms and stir-fry for like 3 minutes. Return steak and other food back to the skillet and then add the snow peas. Add broth and cook for 3 minutes ot until the sauce is thick.
