Introduction

Ingredients

1 lb Extra lean ground beef (approx)
Chopped fresh sage, rosemary and parsely
1 tbsp garlic powder or fresh garlic
1 egg (I used large)
Half of one vidalia or other sweet onion finely chopped
Tips
This is based on my package of extra lean beef which was 375 g
Directions
Hand mix ingredients just until mixed (do not over mix or you will end up with tough meatballs!)
Roll into 2 - 2.5" sized balls or bigger/smaller if you'd like but you'll have to recalculate nutrition info based on portion size.
Bake on a foil lined sheet or dish at 350 degrees until cooked through (15-25 mins)
Serving Size: Roughly 11 2"- 2.5" round meatballs
