Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1.5 cups cooked chicken
    2 cups cooked broccoli
    2/3 c. chopped onion
    1 1/4 c. milk ( I use almond)
    1/2c. gluten free flour
    1 1/2 cup lactose free cheese
    4 eggs
    Combine all ingredients into one pan.

Directions

Precook chicken
Boil Broccoli and chop finely
Mix all ingredients together and put into greased pan.
Cook at 350 for 35-45mins

Serving Size: Makes 6-8 Servings
