Ingredients

    8 oz trop 50 oj ice cubes
    1 banana
    1 tsp almond extract
    2 tbl egg white powder
    2 tbl powdered sugar
    8 oz lowfat milk or milk subsitute

Tips

You can make this recipe even less calories by using unsweetened vanilla almond milk and Ideal brand powdered sugar(xylitol). Using the almond milk will lower the protein though.


Directions

As long as you have the oj cubes frozen ahead of time you are good to go. Combine all ingredients in the blender and whip. I usually add the banana first, oj cubes, milk, sugar, egg white powder, and almond extract. If you don't have the oj frozen just add a few ice cubes.
