Ingredients

    1 Bellpepper
    1/4 c. Shredded carrots
    3/4 c. snap peas
    3/4 c. fresh broccoli
    1/2 block tofu, extra firm
    1 tsp. sesame oil
    soy sauce, to taste

Directions

Steam all vegetables until cooked al dente. Add sesame oil and soy sauce to taste until Asian flavor is achieved.
