Ingredients

    - 1 cup ripe or frozen mango chunks
    - 3 cups unsweetened orange juice
    - 1 cup silken tofu
    - 3 tablespoons lemon juice
    - 12 ice cubes (or the number needed to reach desired consistency)

Directions

1. Place the mango, orange juice, tofu, lemon juice, and 6 ice cubes in a
blender; puree until smooth and frothy.
2. Add more ice cubes to create the desired consistency. Serve immediately.
