Introduction

Ingredients

    Onion- one whole chopped in half
    Jalapeno-with seeds
    Tomatillos- 5 small ones
    Cilantro-1 cup
    Water-1 cup
    Avocado-2-3 depending on amount you wish to make
    Lime-2 whole squeezed
    Salt and Pepper-to taste

Tips

Store in the refridgerator with more lime juice on the top to help decrease browning. This actually should last in a cold fridge about 1 month! Just remove the browning layer on the top if need be.


Directions

Boil the Onion, Jalapeno, Tomatillos for about 10min or until soft.
Blend this mixture with some of the boiling water with the cilantro and lime juice.
Empty out into storage container while leaving half the mixture in.
With this half remaining in the blender, add in about 2-3 avocados.
Blend this and then put into storage container with other half and blend.

Should be spicy and delicious!
