Ingredients

    1 bag frozen veggie meat
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can corn (or other veggie you like)
    1 can chili beans
    Optional:
    Splash of red wine (in calculated calories)
    1 can of ministrone soup (not in calories)

Directions

Put all ingredients in crock pot until hot. Serve with bread, crackers, cheese, etc as desired.
