Ingredients

    1 tbsp oil
    16 oz sliced mushrooms
    1 diced onoin
    1 tablespoon garlic
    32 oz vegetable broth
    1/2 cup almond milk(can use dairy milk)
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

sautee onions in oil about 2-3 min.
add garlic, mushrooms, broth, salt and pepper.
cook for about 20 min.
add milk and puree soup
enjoy
