    1 kg flour, whole wheat and/or white
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp sugar
    yeast
    500 ml water
    1 egg

Directions

Mix ingredients, let rise for minimum 30 minutes. Divide into 18 pieces, flatten. Bake at maximum heat until brown dots appear on the breads.
