Ingredients

    1 Banana (Medium)
    1 Apple (Medium)
    1/4 c. Frozen Blueberries
    1/4 c. Frozen Pineapple
    1/5 c. Frozen Strawberries
    1 c. Kale (any leaf green such as spinach works too)
    2 Tbsp. Natural Peanut Butter
    2 Tbsp. Flax Seed Meal
    2 c. Unflavored, Light Soymilk
    1/5 c. Water (as needed to achieve desired thickness)

Directions

Put all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
