As winter comes around this is an easy way to drink you oatmeal vs. eating it. For me i'm not a big oatmeal fan but had this and feel inlove with it! Ingredients

Oatmeal (plain), 1 cup dry (remove)
Milk, nonfat (skim milk), 4 cup (remove)
*1 Cinnamon Stick, 6 serving (remove)
Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Tips
you may need to add water as you are reducing the oatmeal to make it extremely soft for pureeing.
Directions
Simmer cinnamon sticks water and oatmeal until oatmeal falls apart then puree in blender then return to heat add milk and lit simmer transfer to pitcher or container with lid will keep for a week int he fridge head up before serving. Sweeten with splenda when served.
