Ingredients

    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp(remove)
    *Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar, 2 tbsp(remove)
    *Agave Nectar Xagave 1Tbsp, 2 serving(remove)
    Orange Juice, .25 cup(remove)
    Garlic, 3 tsp(remove)
    *Bob's Red Mill Potato Starch, 1 tbsp(remove)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed(remove)
    Sweet peppers (bell), .5 cup, chopped(remove)
    *Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp(remove)
    Chili powder, .5 tbsp(remove)

Directions

Preheat pan and chop chicken into 1" cubes and coat w 2 tbl olive oil. Mix all other ingredients together whisking well, set aside. Cube chicken into 1" squares, coat w 2 tbl oil and cook on med high heat for 2 min, turning chicken to cook evenly. Remove chicken to plate leaving drippings in skillet. Add rest of olive oil, then cook garlic and peppers and in the drippings. Whisk liquid ingredients again and pour into skillet cooking until right consistency. Prepare rice, add chicken back to skillet and cook until done stirring constantly.
