Ingredients

    1 roll of whole wheat sandwich thin
    2 romaine lettuce leafs
    3 cherry tomatoes (chopped up)
    1 tbsp red onion
    1.5 tbsp of hummus
    1 tbsp of feta cheese

Tips

(You can also use spinach, kale, regular tomatoes, add more hummus, and use regular whole wheat bread. You will have to readjust the nutrition info.)


Directions

Just cut up the tomatoes and onion. Spread hummus on both slices of bread and add all the ingredients on top of them.
