Introduction

Yummy Banana Loaf Yummy Banana Loaf
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 cup sugar
    1/2 cup butter
    2 eggs
    1 cup wheat flour
    1 cup white flour
    dash salt
    1 tsp baking soda
    4 over ripe bananas
    walnuts or pecans optional

Tips

You can also add raisins, cranberries or chocolate chips to slightly change the taste. My 5 year old daughter loves this recipe and we no longer waste bananas.


Directions

Cream together butter and sugar, add 2 eggs. In separate bowl combine flour, salt and baking soda. Mash bananas until pureed but slightly lumpy. Add all ingredients together and add nuts if desired. Pour into greased (light spray oil) mini loaf pans and bake at 325 until brown (about 22-30 minutes in my oven). Makes 8 loaves. ENJOY!!
