Introduction

Hearty soup with lots of beans and veggies. Hearty soup with lots of beans and veggies.

Ingredients

    V8 Juice - Low sodium cans
    Organic Vegetable Broth
    Carrots - Chopped
    Onions - Diced
    Kale - Torn by hand into smaller pieces
    Hursts HamBeen 15 Bean soup - I use just the beans and not the ham "flavor" packet

Tips

I also add some smoked tabasco for flavor at the end as well as some garlic and other seasonings for taste


Directions

I usually just throw everything into the crockpot over night on the longest time/low-med heat.
