Introduction

Creamy rootbeer dessert. Yum! Creamy rootbeer dessert. Yum!
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    10 oz sweetened condensed milk
24-30 oz diet rootbeer, to taste (I used 24 oz and decided it needed more, so I upped it to 30 oz.)

Directions

Mix ingredients in a bowl.
Add to ice cream maker.
Let ice cream maker do it's job until the Rootbeer Freeze is as thick as you like it, or until you see firm peaks.
For a stiffer treat, transfer to freezer safe container and freeze until you're ready to eat.

Serving Size: makes 20 2-oz servings

Sound good but I would have to have 4 oz and that does make it just a bit under 100. I have seen recipes to make sugar free sweetened condense milk - 8/9/13

I really have to comment on the 2 oz serving size, 1/4 cup is a serving???? I hate the so called "lite" or low calorie foods that are not really for an adequate serving, a serving of ice creams or frozen deserts is 1/2 cup or 4 oz. The recipe was not a very good taste, too sweet. - 4/10/15
