Ingredients

    1 tblspn olive oil
    3 cloves of minced garlic
    1 cup no sugar added ketchup
    1 cup water
    2 tblspn agave nectar
    1/4 c honey
    1 tblspn double concentrate tomato puree
    1 tspn vinegar
    1tspn soy sauce
    1/4 tspn red pepper flakes
    1 tspn paprika
    dash cinnamon
    dash cloves
    dash nutmeg
    dash vanilla
    dash orange extract



Directions

sweat garlic in oil and dash of salt
add all ingredients bring to a boil and cook til thick approx 18 min
stir constantly with whisk
store in fridge for 1 week
