Ingredients

Vegetable oil - 1-1.5 tbsp
Button mushrooms, chopped coarsely - 3 cups
3 medium/large tomatoes - blended
1 large red onion blended
1.5 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp ginger paste
low fat yogurt - 1/3 rd cup
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
2-3 dried red chilles
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
coriander powder - 1.5 tsp
turmeric - 1/4 tsp
red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Crushed Kasoori Methi - 2 tbsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves chopped for garnish
Directions
Heat oil in a large pan
add cumin seeds. let them splutter.
add dried red chillies and kasoori methi. saute 2 min.
add ginger garlic paste, saute 2 min
add blended onions, sprinkle some salt and let it cook with lid closed until oil separates.
add blended tomatoes, turmeric, red chilli powder, cumin and coriander powder, mix well, cover and cook till tomatoes completely cook and oil separates, stirring in between.
Add yogurt, adjust spices and salt, mix well and add mushrooms,
Add 1 cup water, mix, cover and let it cook for 15-20 min, stirring in between.
Garnish with cilantro and serve.
