This is a tuna salad I have been making since I was a very little girl. I made it to my taste so there's no extra bells and whistles involved. It's easy and perfect on any kind of day. Rain or shine. Ingredients

    1 can of tuna (in water)
    0.5 small - medium onion, finely chopped
    1.5-2 tbsp mayo (I use Kraft Mayo w/ olive oil)
    Salt & Pepper to taste
    The juice of 1-2 lemon wedges (up to you)
    2 slices of mixed grain/whole wheat bread

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix, and serve on bread (toasted or not).

Serving Size: Makes 2-3 sandwiches.
