Ingredients

    White Onion, Snow Peas, Sweet Red Pepper, Baby Bella Mushrooms, Whole Eggs, Cheese Stick, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Smart Balance Butter, Wheat Tortilla

Directions

Saute veggies in oil oil and add choice spices.

Add butter, eggs, cheese. Melt/cook together.

Serve on Tortilla
