Introduction

This was very light and refreshing. You can add stevia if you want it a bit sweeter. This was very light and refreshing. You can add stevia if you want it a bit sweeter.

Ingredients

    1 small "personal" watermelon
    1 lime
    12 fresh mint leaves
    1 can club soda

Directions

Cut Watermelon into Chunks and remove outer shell.
Feed watermelon and 10 mint leaves through a juicer.
Pour into two tall glasses and squeeze juice from a quarter of a lime into each glass. Top with a little club soda. stir and garnish with a slice of lime and a couple of mint leaves
