Ingredients

    I used barillo wheat noodles which is calculated the same as the 365 organic whole wheat noodles. 1 1/4 cups
    1 8oz can of huntz Basil & Garlic tomato sauce
    1 medium zucchini chopped into cubes
    1/2 bunch of fresh spinach cooked down.
    1/2 cups of cubed onion
    1/4 cup of feta cumbles
    4oz tyson boneless skinless chicken breast or strips.

Directions

Put the pan of water for the noodles on the stove to boil. Cut all veggies. spray the pan with non stick spray and cook the onion and zucchini till tender. Add the spinach and a 1 tablespoon of water to help spinach cook down. remove the veggies from the heat. Add noodles to water. Cut the chicken into bite size pieces. Cooked chicken in a about a quarter cup of water. Seasoned with Miss Dash seasoning. once chicken was cooked I removed remaining liquid from the pan. Added the veggies back into the pan with the chicken and added the tomato sauce. Let simmer while I drained the noodles. Once noodles where dained I added them to the pan and topped with feta crumbles.
Dinner is done!!!
