Ingredients

    1 Pound Ground Beef
    1 Pound Ground Turkey
    1 medium onion, chopped.
    1 egg
    2 slices white sandwich bread, torn up into small pieces.
    1/4 cup (12 tsp.) Worcestershire Sauce
    2 tsp Weber Chicago Steak Seasoning

Tips

Wrap leftover patties in plastic sandwich baggies, then put all in a freezer ziploc bag. Label with a sharpie and store in freezer. Makes a great quick lunch, reheats well in microwave.


Directions

Defrost ground turkey and beef. Put all ingredients into a large bowl & mix. Form into patties. Cook in skillet over medium heat until lightly browned, and juices run clear, or internal temp is in the safe range for beef and poultry.
