Ingredients

2 cloves of garlic
2 Tablespoons fresh sage
2 Tablespoons fresh rosemary
2 Tablespoons fresh thyme
2 cups walnuts, soaked 12 hours in advance, drained
2 cups almonds, soaked 12 hours in advance, drained
1 Tablespoon white miso
1 onion
6 stalks of celery
1 cup fresh parsley
Tips
This is really good, with a strong sage taste. If you are a raw foodie,
Directions
Process garlic and herbs. Add nuts and miso about a third at a time, and process until a little smoother than crumbly, but not to the point of nut butter. Put in a bowl, stir in the onion and celery. At this point I ran it through the processor again, about half at a time. Then crumble the mixture onto a teflex sheet and dehydrate at 105 degrees for 6 hours.
