Ingredients

    2 chicken tenderloin (frozen chicken breast)
    1 package of tuscan veggie medly pictsweet steamables in the individual size
    3 egg whites
    soy sauce to taste
    saracha to taste (chinese hot sauce)
    1.5 cup brown rice

Directions

brown the chicken tenderloins with a little bit of soy sauce and cut into small pieces. spray pan with cooking spray and cook 3 egg whites. steam the veggies in the microwave and cook your rice (I used leftover cooked brown rice from the dinner before). add all into a pan with cooking spray and add soysauce and saracha.
