Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3 1/2 cup shredded carrots
    1/2 cup pineapples
    1/4 cup raisins
    1 granny smith apple, chopped
    6 oz fat free plain Greek Yogurt
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Tips

Drain off the excess pineapple juice before adding yogurt.


Directions

In bowl, combine all ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. The longer it sets, the more flavorful it will become. Can also squeeze fresh lemon juice on top for extra flavor.
