Ingredients

    8 oz neufchatel cheese, softened
    1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
    2 Tbsp granulated sugar
    1 Tbsp vanilla extract

Tips

Whenever I have tried this recipe with fat free cream cheese, it has ended up runny. I would not recommend that as a substitute for the neufchatel cheese.


Directions

Using hand mixer, beat softened neufchatel cheese until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Chill for one hour before serving.
