Ingredients

2 (8 oz) packages light cream cheese softened
2/3 c splenda
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons Hershey's unsweetened cocoa
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
3/4 cup sour cream
Tips
Since most of the carbs are in the crust, crust has been omitted.
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 F.
1. Cream together cream cheese and spenda on medium with an electric mixer, until well mixed.
2. Beat in eggs, vanilla, and cocoa until smooth.
3. Add flour and sour cream and beat until smooth
4. Spray a 9 inch baking pan with non stick cooking spray. A glass baking pan works nicely.
5. Pour the cream cheese mixture in the pan and even out.
6. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes on 400, then decrease heat to 300 F and cook another 25 minutes. Cake is ready when a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
7. Remove from oven and let cool a few hours, then refridgerate until chilled.
8. Slice in 9 pieces and enjoy
