Ingredients

    3.5 C flour
    .5 C brown sugar
    .25 C white sugar
    1.5 C splenda for baking
    2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1/2 tsp ginger
    4 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/4 C water
    1/2 C applesauce
    1/2 C mashed banana
    1 15 oz cap pumpkin
    1/4 C chopped nuts-optional, not included in calorie count

Directions

Preheat to 350 degrees. Mix dry ingredients, add in wet, mix. 30 min for muffins, 50-60 min for loaf.
