This is a delicious way to enjoy Pumpkin all year long. This is a delicious way to enjoy Pumpkin all year long.
Number of Servings: 2


    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 2 serving (remove)
    *Pumpkin Pie spice, 1 tsp (remove)
    Libby's Pumpkin 100%pure, 1 cup (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Butter, salted, 2 tbsp (remove)


This recipe can be made in bulk and refrigerated for a few days. I do this so I do not have to cook it every day. All I have to do is heat it in the microwave.


Bring 2-3 cups of water and pumpkin puree to a boil. Add butter seasons. Once butter melts add oats. Cook to desired consistency. Add cream, milk and sweetener as preferred (not included in calorie count) and enjoy.
