Ingredients

    1 can Blue Menu seasoned Turkey Chunks
    3 large or 4 med eggs, hardboiled
    3 tbsp hellman's 1/2 fat mayo or any light mayo
    2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
    pepper to taste
    chopped onion, to taste

Directions

combine all ingredients until blended and chill.

Serve on a bed of lettuce or in a whole wheat wrap
