Introduction

This a knock off of the Noodles & Co spicy greek yogurt dressing without the feta cheese. This a knock off of the Noodles & Co spicy greek yogurt dressing without the feta cheese.

Ingredients

    17.6 oz container of Fage Fat Free Greek Yogurt
    ½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    ½ cup Fat Free Milk
    1 zest of a lemon
    Juice from a lemon (about 4 tablespoons)
    2 garlic cloves (crushed)
    4 tablespoons of Original Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning
    2 tablespoons of Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
    Mix all this stuff together and it makes about 16 servings (1/4 cup each), it is very creamy, you can thin it out by adding more skim milk…
    ¼ cup is 84 calories, 7 grams fat

Tips

This is my healthy version of Noodles & Co Spicy Yogurt Dressing. This dressing is on the thick side, you can thin it out by adding more skim milk...which will also lower the fat content per serving.
