    3 cans progresso chicken pot pie soup (or equivalent)
    2 cups vegetable stock
    1 cooked chicken breast, diced
    1 can biscuit dough


This was inspired by pillsbury.com


Open cans of soup and dump in pot, add vegetable stock to pot
bring to a boil
Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and drop into simmering pot
add pre-cooked and diced boneless skinless chicken breast
Simmer on Medium for about 10-12 minutes until "dumplings" are firm
Allow to cool and serve

Serving Size: Makes about 6-8 2-cup servings
