Ingredients

Black Beans- 1 can (rinsed)
Madhava Agave Nectar (dark)- 1.5 cup
Bakers Unsweetened Chocolate- 4 oz (4 squares)
Unsalted Butter- 1cup
Large Eggs- 5
Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa Powder- 1/4 cup
Coconut Flakes- 1/4 cup
Walnuts- 1 cup
Vanilla Extract- 1 1/2 tsp
Baking Soda- 1/2 tsp
Tips
You may use pecans of no nuts for this recipe. You may also use light agave instead of dark. You can also add 1/4 c of instant coffee to add enhance the chocolate flavor. You may take out the coconut as well if you like.
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 325.
Rinse and Strain Black Beans
In small microwavable bowl melt butter and unsweetened chocolate squares (about 1.5 mins). Make sure they are fully mixed.
Place black beans, coconut, and 1/4 chocolate butter mixture and mix until smooth.
In a large bowl, mix eggs until fluffy. Add Agave to eggs and mix until fluffy.
Add black beans, the remainder of the chocolate mix, the cocoa powder, vanilla, and baking soda. Mix until smooth.
Next add 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts.
Spread mixture in 9x13 pan.
Sprinkle remaining walnut on the top.
Bake for 25-30 until firm.
Let cool at least 30 minutes.
