Ingredients

    16oz of Fat Free Sour Cream
    1 Cup of light Mayo
    1 package of frozen chopped spinach
    1 package of Knorr Vegetable Mix

Tips

Serve with crackers, rye bread or Hawaiian bread =)


Directions

Defrost spinach in strainer. Mix sour cream and mayo together in bowl. Then add Knorr Vegetable Mix in. Once Spinach is thawed, drain it and add it to the bowl. Mix well and store in fridge for a few hours before serving.
