Introduction

Ingredients

    About 1 cup mixed nuts (sunflower seeds, cashews, almonds and walnuts)
    3 cups oats
    3 teaspoons cinnamon (adjust to taste)
    1/4 cup honey
    1/4 cup real maple syrup
    1/4 cup canola oil

Directions

Mix everything together and baked at 300F for 20 minutes in foil lined sheet in convection oven. Stirred every 5 minutes.
