Ingredients

    2 lbs. Tyson Ground Chicken
    3-5.5 oz. cans V8 low sodium Original
    1 can pinto beans (rinsed and drained)
    1 can light red kidney beans (rinsed and drained)
    2 pouches Lawry's chili seasoning
    1 onion-chopped
    1 green pepper-chopped
    6 plum tomatoes-chopped
    2 cups water

Directions

Brown ground chicken, onions and green pepper. Add seasoning, water, beans and plum tomatoes. Simmer for 30 minutes.
