1 lb lean ground beef
1 chilli seasoning packet
1 medium white onion, diced
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 red pepper, diced
2 cups red kidney beans (half drained)
2 cups black beans (drained and rinsed)
2 cups sweet yellow corn
1 cup tomato sauce
Tips
2 hour cooking time is recommended to allow flavors to blend, but it is still good after half an hour of simmering.
Directions
Cook ground beef until brown, drain any grease and move beef to large pot.
add seasoning, onion, and garlic and cook until onions are tender
